Description

* Understand the current business process across all regions / plants. * Independently guide and mentor junior team members, fostering their development and ensuring high-quality deliverables. * Understand the functionality of current Legacy Material requirements Planning (MRP) and associated upstream and downstream systems * Work with various stakeholders to study the transformation of current process / legacy systems to Industry best standards / technology/ systems focusing on the SAP MM modules * Perform Requirements Gathering, Business Analysis, and Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard Analysis to understand the as-is/to-be states and identify key functionality / process gaps * Recommend possible technology / process solution to address gaps * Develop roadmap / transformation map without impacting the operations * Deploy SAP S/4 MM across various sites globally and integrate with both legacy & other best-in-breed applications * Provide recommendations for continuous improvement
