Currently, we are assisting one of our MNC clients to lookout for SAP Functional - Overall Lead .
A SAP Overall Functional Lead oversees the functional aspects of SAP implementation projects. SAP Lead Consultant will be coordinating with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing SAP solutions, leading functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals, and providing guidance on best practices.
He or She should possess deep knowledge of SAP modules and processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects.

1.At least 5-7 years of experience in SAP implementation projects, with a focus on functional roles.
2. SAP Expertise: Deep understanding of SAP modules such as FI/CO, SD, MM, or others depending on the specific project requirements.
3. Leadership: Proven experience leading functional teams, providing guidance, and ensuring project success.
4. Project Management: Ability to manage complex projects, including planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
5. Communication: Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, understand business requirements, and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
6. Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills to address issues that arise during implementation and ensure project milestones are met.
7. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and design SAP solutions to meet business needs.
8. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements, priorities, and technologies.
9. Certifications: Optional, but certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate or Professional can be advantageous.
