  • This will be an Office based role in Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Adelaide.
    Join a high-impact team as an SAP GRC & Portal Consultant, where you’ll take the lead in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP GRC Access Control modules and SAP Enterprise Portal.
    This role offers the opportunity to work on critical security, compliance, and user governance initiatives across a complex SAP landscape, including ECC, Ariba, SuccessFactors, BW, and Portal environments.

MUST HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 10+ years of hands-on SAP GRC implementation and support experience
  • Expertise in GRC modules: ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM (v10.0 and 12.0)
  • Strong background in SoD risk management and access governance
  • Proven skills in SAP Enterprise Portal admin and SSO configuration
  • Proficiency in SAP ECC, Ariba, and user/role sync across systems
  • Experience supporting ITGC controls and external/internal audits
  • Confident communicator with the ability to train, document, and lead
Responsibilities
  • Deliver end-to-end SAP GRC Access Control solutions (ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM)
  • Conduct SoD risk analysis and implement remediation strategies
  • Configure rulesets, workflows, risks, and SPRO settings
  • Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and role synchronization
  • Monitor privileged access (Firefighter IDs) and high-risk transactions
  • Administer SAP Enterprise Portal: users, roles, content, and SSO integration
  • Support audit activities and maintain compliance documentation
  • Lead system refreshes, access reviews, and continuous improvements
  • Provide expert training and knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders
  • Manage tickets and change requests via ServiceNow
