REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Proven experience in SAP GRC Access Control (AC) and Process Control (PC) implementation and configuration.
• Strong understanding of Internal Controls, Risk Management, and Compliance principles.
• Demonstrated experience in setting up and managing the SAP Firefighter process.
• Ability to lead workshops and conduct stakeholder walkthroughs.
• Skilled in writing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
• Hands-on experience onboarding control and risk requirements into SAP GRC modules.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• SAP GRC certification (preferred but not essential)
• Knowledge of wider SAP security and audit practices
• Experience working in regulated or SOX-compliant environments

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced SAP GRC Professional to join our team and lead the implementation and configuration of key SAP GRC modules, including Access Control (AC) and Process Control (PC). This is a critical role focused on enhancing governance, risk, and compliance frameworks across the organisation, ensuring robust internal controls and streamlined risk management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Configure and implement SAP GRC modules, with a focus on Access Control (AC) and Process Control (PC).
• Lead the design and rollout of the SAP Firefighter process, ensuring appropriate access governance and emergency access protocols.
• Design, document, and implement Internal Controls, including segregation of duties (SoD), risk mitigation strategies, and control frameworks.
• Conduct detailed walkthroughs with business and technical stakeholders to understand processes and control requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
• Onboard and maintain control frameworks and compliance requirements within the SAP GRC environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Audit, Risk, Compliance, and IT Security to ensure integrated GRC processes.
