To complement our team in Costa Rica, we are looking for an SAP GTS Senior Consultant

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 
  
  
  
• 5+ years of experience in configuring and implementing SAP GTS projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science is a must. Having degrees in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline is a nice to have.
• Strong understanding of trade compliance regulations and processes.
• Experience with SAP Transportation Management System is nice to have

• Customize and configure SAP GTS modules to align with the organization’s trade compliance and international trade requirements.

• Lead or support the implementation of SAP GTS projects, including tasks such as gathering business requirements, design, testing, and post-implementation support.
• Ensure seamless management of import/export compliance, customs declarations, restricted party screening, and other trade compliance processes within the SAP GTS system.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP GTS with other SAP modules (particularly SAP TMS, a prerequisite), SAP ERP, S/4HANA, and external systems to facilitate data exchange.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including system configurations, business process flows, and user guides.
• Provide comprehensive training and support to end-users and key stakeholders to enable effective utilization of the SAP GTS system.
• Stay abreast of the latest SAP GTS features and industry best practices to propose and implement process improvements.
• Identify and resolve technical issues within the SAP GTS system, collaborating with SAP support as needed to address challenges effectively.
• Assist with Pre-sales activities, including setting up demos and integrating SAP GTS with TMS systems to showcase the platform’s capabilities and potential for prospective clients.
