JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and oversee our SAP projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, and solution architecture, with a focus on service-oriented architecture. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage cross-functional teams and ensure the successful delivery of projects while adhering to best practices in project management methodologies.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in SAP project management with a strong understanding of SDLC processes.
• Familiarity with service-oriented architecture, microservices, and system architecture principles.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or Ruby on Rails.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and virtualization technologies (VMware).
• Knowledge of databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, or Oracle.
• Understanding of computer networking concepts including DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and load balancing.
• Strong skills in debugging and system administration across various operating systems (Windows/Linux).
• Experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines using tools like Docker or Kubernetes.

• Lead SAP project initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Oversee the implementation of ETL processes and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Manage system design and architecture for SAP solutions while integrating with existing IT infrastructure.
• Coordinate with teams utilizing Salesforce, Pegasystems, and other relevant technologies.
• Ensure compliance with information security protocols, including vulnerability management and assessment.
• Facilitate Agile methodologies within the project team to enhance productivity and collaboration.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
• Implement continuous integration practices using tools such as Jenkins and Git.
