Description

Job Description: Experienced and motivated Senior SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant with 10+ years of functional and technical experience in SAP Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), and related modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in full lifecycle implementations and migrations to SAP S/4HANA, deep functional knowledge of financial processes, and the ability to interface with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO) implementations, migrations, and support projects. Conduct business process analysis and align SAP S/4HANA capabilities with financial process requirements. Design and configure core finance modules including General Ledger (FI-GL), Accounts Payable (FI-AP), Accounts Receivable (FI-AR), Asset Accounting (FI-AA), Bank Accounting (FI-BL), Controlling (CO), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Cost Center Accounting (CCA). Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, sales, procurement, and technical teams. Drive workshops, solution design, gap analysis, and blueprinting. Provide guidance on data migration, testing, user training, and cutover planning. Stay current with the latest SAP S/4HANA innovations such as Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Central Finance, Group Reporting, and Treasury modules. Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvements. Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders. Requirements: 10+ years of SAP Finance (FI/CO) experience, including at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations. Deep understanding of financial business processes and best practices. Strong hands-on configuration skills in SAP FI/CO. Experience with SAP S/4HANA innovations: Universal Journal, Fiori apps for finance, Business Partner integration, etc. Experience in financial reporting tools such as SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud, or Group Reporting. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. · SAP certification in S/4HANA Finance. · Experience and exposure with Central Finance (cFIN), Treasury, or Group Reporting. · Knowledge of integration with MM, SD, and HR modules. · Experience working in Agile or Hybrid project environments At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
