Our journey started in HCM & Payroll in the 1980s and 1990s. Since then EPI-USE Labs has experienced significant growth and is looking for special people interested in a role in a small, closely knit team of professional services consultants. We are looking for someone with SAP experience and specifically with a knowledge of SAP HCM functionally, with S/4HANA & SuccessFactors being a big benefit. An appreciation of both business process and data structure in these system types is desirable. This person will learn our software and will be involved in SLO, migration, data privacy and reporting/analytics projects. Our key locations are Manchester in the UK; Paris in France; Copenhagen in Denmark, Amsterdam and Utrecht in The Netherlands; Rome in Italy; Barcelona, Madrid and Malaga in Spain. Candidates must speak fluent English. Significant travel can be involved in Europe, but with significant flexibility around it.
Job description
We are focused as a technical company that understands the functional side of SAP, so are welcoming of people with experience in both SAP functional and SAP technical roles. We will educate these people to become a master of both.

For this specific role it is mandatory to meet these requirements:
-Minimum of 5 years SAP experience
-SAP HCM data model knowledge – ideally some Payroll experience
-Fluent English language speaker and writer with native business fluency in French, Italia, Spanish, Dutch, Danish, Swedish or Norwegian
Desirable skills
n Programming languages are a plus – they are not mandatory (some of our consultants are more functional than technical), but knowledge of ABAP or any other common languages would be highly advantageous.
