The opportunity   We are looking for an SAP HCM Consultant with domain experience in Human Capital Management with Integration knowledge of the respective modules.   Key Responsibilities:   Lead SAP HCM implementation projects, including Personnel Administration, Payroll, Time Management, Organizational Management, and related sub-modules. Conduct business process analysis and map requirements to SAP HCM functionalities. Configure and customize SAP HCM systems, including schemas, rules, and interfaces. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT, ensuring quality and compliance. Develop and deliver end-user training and maintain documentation for configurations and processes. Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and apply system updates. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance. Collaborate with HR teams, IT departments, and stakeholders to align SAP HCM solutions with business objectives.   Key Profile Requirements:   Bachelor’s or master’s degree. 4–6+ years of professional experience in SAP Digital Transformation and SAP HCM/SuccessFactors implementations. Minimum 3 full-cycle SAP HCM. SuccessFactors projects will be a plus. Prior experience in Oil and Gas projects is an advantage. Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules (Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll) and/or SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation). Familiarity with SAP Activate, Agile, or Hybrid implementation methodologies and understanding of end-to-end program lifecycle. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience in large-scale HR transformations and cloud-based HCM solutions.
