• Lead and execute exciting projects with technical depth in the SAP HCM environment, ranging from classic ABAP development to cutting-edge cloud developments and integrations.

• Spearhead the technical implementation of customer-specific requirements in SAP HCM on-premise and in hybrid landscapes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative solutions using the latest technologies, including SAP BTP, Integration Suite, and SAP SuccessFactors.

• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable technical solutions.
