SAP HCM Payroll (PY/PA) Experte (m/w/d) ID: 261747 Location: Düsseldorf Die Rolle umfasst die Sicherstellung des Applikationsmanagements für das deutsche HR-Payroll-System (SAP) in Zusammenarbeit mit globalen Teams (Vodafone Group) im HR- und IT-Umfeld. Die Funktion ist entscheidend für die reibungslose Durchführung der monatlichen Gehaltsabrechnungen aller verantworteten deutschen Vodafone Gesellschaften sowie für die effiziente Abbildung von HR-Operations-Projekten. MUST HAVE * SAP HCM Payroll PY, PA (Org und Administrationsdaten) und PT (Zeitwirtschaft) und ECC Landschaft SF ECP - also einer Payroll im Verbund mit SF EC * What you will do • Du analysierst und konzipierst Abläufe, Prozesse und Geschäftsvorfälle in der Abrechnung mit SAP HCM PY und angrenzenden Bereichen • Du trägst die Verantwortung für die Betreuung, Wartung und fortschrittliche Weiterentwicklung unserer SAP HCM-Landschaft mit Fokus auf PY, PA inklusive Customizing. • Du übernimmst die Leitung technischer Integrations-, Update- und Migrationsprojekte zur Optimierung der HR-Systemlandschaft insbesondere im Zusammenspiel lokaler und globaler HR-Systemen wie SAP SuccessFactors • Du begleitest technische Umstellungen, führst Systemtests durch und unterstützt bei Schulungen sowie Workshops • Du steuerst externe Dienstleister und arbeitest eng mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus IT, HR und angrenzenden Fachbereichen zusammen • Du erstellst monatliche HR-Reports als Entscheidungsgrundlage What sets you apart • Sehr hohe fachliche Kompetenz für die qualitativ hochwertige Pflege, Weiterentwicklung und Neueinführung technischer Systeme zur Abwicklung des Gehaltslaufs- Payroll- und business warehouse • Maßgebliche technische Aussagefähigkeit für Budgetabschätzungen für technische Projekte im HR Daten relevanten Angelegenheiten und Budgetabschätzungen für Projekte sowie deren fachliche Umsetzungskontrolle • Mind. 6 Jahre Erfahrung im SAP HCM Umfeld • Idealerweise Erfahrung im SF EC/ECP Umfeld • Fachliche Führung großer SAP HCM Implementierungs- und Migrationsprojekte • Projektmangement Kompetenz • Hohe Service- und ausgeprägte Zielorientierung • Sicheres Auftreten gegenüber externen Dienstleistern • Fremdsprache Englisch fließend sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (GERMAN language mandatory) This position can be full-time or part-time (at least 30 hours).
