You can achieve this with us

• They are responsible for the migration from SAP HCM to SuccessFactors (Greenfield/Brownfield) and accompany the project cycle until go-live.
• They implement SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals) and ensure the transition from on-premise HCM.
• They continuously maintain and develop the HR system landscape (SAP HCM and SuccessFactors).
• You will be responsible for the technical project management of HR processes, including customization.
• They advise HR departments, provide 2nd/3rd level support and manage external service providers.
• They are responsible for interfaces (e.g., SAP ERP, eLearning, access management, personnel deployment planning) and ensure stable end-to-end processes.
• They support SAP HCM modules (PA, PY, PT, OM) including customizing.
• Optionally, you can provide support in ABAP development and with legal interfaces.
• They participate in year-end closing activities (LCPs, personnel cost planning) and the use of add-ons such as Centric Tools and Ingentis [website link removed].
