Work as part of a 2-person team (pair) to ensure smooth HR operations across entities. Handle HR master data, payroll processing, personnel administration, and reporting requirements. Troubleshoot issues, perform enhancements, and ensure compliance with HR policies and system controls. Qualifications Practical experience in SAP HR (HCM) module support and operations. Understanding of payroll, personnel administration, and organizational management. Ability to manage multiple client entities in a shared system environment.
