REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field .
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in SAP HCM consulting.
  • Hands-on experience in at least two full-cycle SAP HR implementations.
  • Strong knowledge in SAP HR configuration and business processes .
  • Familiarity with Singapore statutory HR/payroll requirements is a plus.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders.
  • SAP SuccessFactors knowledge (optional but advantageous).

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • SAP Certification in HCM or related modules.
  • Experience with integration between SAP HR and other systems.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and support SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll , and ESS/MSS .
  • Conduct business requirement gathering, gap analysis, and translate business needs into functional specifications.
  • Configure SAP HR modules based on client requirements and best practices.
  • Prepare detailed documentation such as Functional Specifications, Test Scripts, Configuration Documents , and User Guides .
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing , and support user acceptance testing (UAT) .
  • Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting for SAP HR systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration and enhancements.
  • Train end-users and provide knowledge transfer to internal support teams.
  • Stay updated with SAP HR developments and propose improvement opportunities.
