We are hiring dedicated module leads — each role will specialise in one of the following:

  • Absence & Time (Employee Central Time Off, Time Tracking)
  • Learning Management (LMS)
  • Workforce Planning (Workforce Analytics, Strategic Planning)
  • Integration Middleware (SAP CPI, APIs)
  • Historical Data Migration (legacy to Employee Central)

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end to end delivery of your assigned SuccessFactors module, from blueprinting to go live
  • Lead requirement gathering and process mapping for your module
  • Configure module settings, workflows, and permissions in alignment with business policies
  • Develop and execute module specific test plans and user acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with Integration and Data Migration leads to ensure seamless connectivity with other systems
  • Prepare training materials and deliver hands on knowledge transfer to business users
  • Monitor post implementation performance, resolve module specific issues, and drive continuous improvement
  • Keep up to date with SAP SuccessFactors release notes relevant to your module and plan updates accordingly

Skills & Experience:

  • 5 – 10 years of direct implementation/configuration experience in the specific SuccessFactors module you are applying for
  • In depth knowledge of module specific processes (e.g., leave policy frameworks, learning curriculum design)
  • For Integration Leads: proven expertise in SAP CPI, APIs, or third party middleware integrations
  • Strong understanding of data governance and compliance in HR systems
  • Excellent analytical skills to translate business requirements into system solutions
  • Experience working in large, complex HR transformation projects
