We focus every day on building the foundation for tomorrow and creating a workplace that embraces differences, values flexibility, and is aligned to our purpose-driven and future-focused work. ABOUT THE SAP INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE PROGRAM:
The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.
ABOUT THE TEAM:
The Global Early Talent Experience (getX) team is part of People, Growth & Leadership Excellence within the People & Culture Board Area. Our mission is to support our Early Talents during their first 2 two-years at SAP. We primarily provide an easy-to-navigate online learning experience on different key topics such as company strategy, goal setting and career development. We also run many live sessions and overall equip the Early Talents with resources and networking opportunities in a timely manner to allow them to progress their career at SAP.
We are looking for a working student or intern to support us in a variety of tasks, you will not have the same day every day! You should be highly proactive as you will be supporting the different team members on a variety of areas as we are currently migrating learning platforms, enhancing content and designing and scheduling live sessions. We are also making exciting enhancements to the experience and would like to take your ideas and suggestions onboard.
WHO YOU ARE:
You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
In our team, you’ll have the autonomy to own your tasks and the support to grow your skills. We actively encourage you to mold the role and make it yours. We love it when our team members bring their unique strengths and passions to the table! Flexibility and personal growth are not just buzzwords here; they’re the key ingredients that make our team thrive. Therefore, you don’t need to have all of the skills mentioned. We are looking for a curious person who is motivated to learn and grow in new areas.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
Visit our Careers Page for more information on the program.
IF YOU HAVE LESS THAN THREE YEARS’ PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE, YOU’LL BE PART OF SAP NEXT GEN.
SAP Next Gen connects curious, ambitious, team-oriented students and early talent to SAP’s global community of innovators, peers, and leaders. With access to hands-on experiences that sharpen skills, and the wisdom of the leaders shaping what’s next, knowledge becomes impact and mentors become allies. SAP Next Gen doesn’t just prepare you for the future, it nurtures your talents and your drive so that you can create it with us, together.
Note for Germany: currently the SAP Internship Experience Program is only open to interns and being hired into other contract types such as working students will preclude the candidate’s participation in the program.
