Join Capgemini as a Senior SAP HR Consultant and get the opportunity to support our customers in realizing digital transformations of their HR landscape by implementing SAP software solutions, taking into account the integrations with other systems. You will be the driving force into building up a new SAP HR team within Capgemini Belgium.

• You will lead end-to-end implementation from requirements gathering through build/configuration, testing, data migration towards deployment and training
• You will work together as a team to improve business processes of customer organizations and advising them about the impact of the new technologies on their enterprise, providing them insights into their current and desired situation, proposing a fitting SAP solution
• As a senior consultant, you will drive the SAP HR expertise within Capgemini, working closely together with our teams specialized in SuccessFactors and other S/4HANA modules
• You will be a trusted advisor of customers to provide a SAP HCM roadmap, following the newest evolutions in SAP HRCM and S/4HANA
• You will guide our customers in the transformation of their SAP HR landscape to S/4HANA or SuccessFactors
