Description

Experience: 4-8 years (minimum 2 end-to-end IBP S&OP implementations) Strong hands-on experience in SAP IBP S&OP configuration and implementation. Proficiency in Excel Add-in, planning area modeling, and data integration. Good understanding of demand-supply balancing and what-if scenario analysis. Familiarity with SAP Cloud Integration (CPI-DS) and data extraction/transformation. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Participate in business requirement gathering sessions for S&OP planning. Configure and customize IBP S&OP processes including key figures, planning areas, time profiles, and planning operators. Support the setup of consensus demand, supply balancing, and scenario planning. Integrate IBP S&OP with upstream and downstream systems (ECC/S4HANA, APO, BW, CPI-DS). Conduct workshops, user training, UAT, and go-live activities. Troubleshoot and resolve functional or data integration issues. Create and maintain project documentation, test scripts, and configuration guides.

Responsibilities

The consultant will participate in business requirement gathering sessions for S&OP planning and configure IBP S&OP processes. They will also support the setup of consensus demand, supply balancing, and scenario planning.
