We would like to complete our SAP team and are looking for an SAP Inhouse Consultant HCM (m/f/d) who would like to contribute this (m/f/d) knowledge and expertise to international SAP projects and optimize our HR IT landscape at KWS Group.
This position is permanent and on a full-time basis. The place of work is Berlin. Hybrid work is possible.

• Steering and commissioning of all activities in the SAP HR + Travel Management environment (ECC6, Success Factors, Concur).
• Technical digitalization, optimization and standardization of global HR processes
• Optimization of the HR IT landscape
• Collaboration in SAP projects
• Participation in SAP user support for the KWS Group
• Implementation of customizing activities
• Management of external consultants
• Creation of guidelines and documentation
