WHO YOU ARE:

• University degree in Business Admin, Computer Science or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in project coordination or a related role.
• Must have experience with MS Office suite e.g. PowerPoint
• Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written).
• Able to learn new tools and adaptability is a plus

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Position title: SAP Intern – AI Project Associate
• Location: Singapore
• Expected start date and duration: Jan 2026 to May/Jul 2026
• Working Hours: Full time, 5 days/week

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

As a Project Management Intern, you will:

• Part of global team with strong focus on AI Adoption and Delivery across Employee hire-to-retire process chain
• Develop a good understanding of the project life-cycle and set-up for People Technology and Innovations Portfolio
• Support the team’s ongoing project and delivery coordination
• Help the team with presentations skills, stakeholder communications, testing coordination and Reporting/Dashboards
