Detailed Job Description:
The focus is on processing and analysis in the environment of new system and measurement concept change processes in the SAP S/4 system (MCM module) and the SAP MCM Cloud.

The following activities are required in this environment:

• Clarification or error analysis in the new plant and measurement concept change processes (optimizations are to be identified on the basis of the analysis of certain controls)
• Identification of solution options and preparation for technical implementation or manual processing in the system
• Individual case resolution with a focus on escalating complaints - both on a clarification case basis and customer reports (there is no direct customer contact)
• Identification of optimizations that proactively prevent process disruptions

Expectations:

• Quick comprehension of complex process flows
• Grid connection processes are known, and knowledge of various measurement concepts is advantageous (e.g. cascade connection, surplus feed-in with/without storage, household, etc.)
• Knowledge of device processes at network operators is an advantage
• Experience in processing device changes in SAP ISU (ideally in S/4) is an advantage
