EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP IS-U Consultant, with a focus on Billing & Invoicing.
• Strong understanding of rate categories, rate types, billing schemas, operands, rate steps, and variant programs.
• Knowledge of IS-U master data and its role in billing processes.
• Experience with mass activities, billing reversals, bill simulation, and correction processes.
• Familiarity with SAP CRM, AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure), Device Management, or SAP S/4HANA for Utilities is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
