WHAT YOU BRING

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.

Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program.

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Excellent diagnostic and technical analysis skills.
  • Strong team player and collaborative mindset for a global team.
  • Enjoy working directly with customers through phone, chat, screensharing and case management system.
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience - software support or systems administration for enterprise-level software systems or cloud services, and/or databases such as HANA, Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2 and/or web services technologies such as XML, HTTPS, and SAML.
  • Experience with Linux, Solaris, HP-UX, or AIX systems.
  • Experience with SAP ERP Systems would be beneficial.
  • Prior customer service or customer support experience preferred.
Responsibilities

Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Business Technology Platform, Technical Support
Location: Vancouver, BC
Expected Start Date: August 2025
Contract Duration: 8 months

Work Hours: 40 hours/week

  • Investigate and resolve critical system issues for Enterprise level Fortune 500 companies.
  • Analyze complex, real world, unique problems; often working in production environments.
  • Feel the satisfaction from delivering a solution to customers that make their businesses run simpler and better.
  • Meet, work and talk with colleagues and customers from all around the world!
  • Master SAP software that is being used by industries, governments and multinational companies around the globe.
  • Participation in After Hours Support & Weekend shifts as scheduled.
