ABOUT THE SAP INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE PROGRAM

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.

WHO YOU ARE:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious.

• Current student in Administration, Accounting, Engineering or Systems careers. To graduate end of 2026 or later
• Proficient in English, PowerPoint & Excel
• Soft skills: Proactive, able to work independently. Highly motivated and accustomed to work remotely (mostly from home office) and with colleagues located in other time zones
• Knowledge in the following is a plus (not mandatory): MS Teams & SharePoint, MS Power Apps & Power Automate

Position title: SAP iXp Intern – CF Ops - GFA Strategy, Portfolio & Transformation
Location: Sargento Cabral 3770, Munro, Vicente Lopez, Buenos Aires, Argentina
Internship Duration: 6 to 18 months
Start Date: March or April 2025

Support the team with PMO activities to successfully run GFA strategy execution. Among others:

• Support the preparation of Quarterly Strategy Reviews including:
• preparation of various reports & presentation decks
• interaction with key stakeholders to ensure timely & quality reporting
• meetings / workshops set up and tracking & maintenance of action items
• proposal & execution of continuous improvement activities including process automation wherever possible
• Support creating / maintaining team assets in MS teams / SharePoint
• Support the creation & maintenance of documentation and guidelines
