The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.

WHO YOU ARE:

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • You are studying preferably in the fields of psychology, applied social studies, marketing and/or communication
  • You are creative and skilled in Social Media, workshop and training design, and conflict management or willing to develop skills in those areas
  • You are speaking English and German fluently, additional languages are a plus
  • You have strong cooperation skills, you take initiative, and you are able to work independently
  • You are interested in working in an agile and self-motivated work environment
  • Being experienced in organizing and administering trainings is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Get insights into conflict prevention / coaching / mediation and “Ombudswork”
  • Work on dedicated projects and drive them to results
  • Take ownership, bring in own ideas, work independently and support the objectives of the Global Ombuds Office
  • Actively engage with an international network of SAP colleagues
  • Do concept work and prepare new training offerings as well as maintain existing training offerings in the area of conflict management or communication projects
  • Drive the promotion of the Global Ombuds Office internally and externally in both German and English by providing materials, e.g., articles and interviews
  • Have the option to continue as working student after a successful internship of 6 mont
