IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

  • earn from, collaborate, and support our industry experts to gain knowledge in employee listening, survey design, and people analyticsC
  • ontribute to SAP’s global employee engagement program by analyzing employee feedback and translating insights into actionable strategies to enhance engagement and to support transformationF
  • acilitate enablement sessions or prepare enablement materials and support creation of effective and targeted communication assets for different stakeholders (from C-Levels to all employees)G
  • ain hands-on experience in consulting on and implementing employee facing survey requests using Qualtrics, including survey setup, dashboard design, and Text iQ/Sentiment AnalysisI
  • f interested, support with data wrangling and both quantitative and qualitative analyses by using state-of-the-art Gen AI models and the programming languages R and PythonA
  • ssist with employee support within our global #Unfiltered survey program, gaining firsthand experience in a leading feedback culture initiativeI

Who you are:
Y
ou are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • referred fields of study: Social and psychological sciences, Business Administration, Economics or comparable with an HR backgroundC
  • omputer skills: Experienced in MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel is a plus), Qualtrics is a plusN
  • ice to have: Confidence in AI prompting, experience in Git-based code version tracking, data wrangling and statistical modeling in R (specifically tidyverse) or PythonL
  • anguage skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken, German is a plusS
  • oft skills: Collaborative and team-oriented, with strong interpersonal communication and time management skills. Demonstrates creativity and resourcefulness with a self-starter attitude and a proactive mindset.U
