Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Go-To-Market People Office
Location: Hybrid - Newtown Square
Expected start date: July 2025
Duration: 6 - 12 months
Working hours: Full-time 40 hrs./week
As a Go-To-Market (GTM) People Business Partner (BP) Enablement team member, the People & Culture (P&C) BP intern will support the Global P&C BPs for Customer Success (Sales) and Customer Service & Delivery (Services) to drive strategic/ operational consultation & projects.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

  • Assist the GTM P&C BP Lead and PMO team as they support the GTM People Strategy and the transformation within the Sales and Services Board Areas
  • Support and drive strategic people initiatives, focus topics, and manage ad-hoc requests (data gathering, organizational maintenance & European Social Partner submissions, etc.) for the P&C BP Leads and supporting PMOs
  • Responsible for various organizational / operational tasks to include
  • Ensure a high level of deliverable quality in communications and presentations for our P&C BPs, Executive Leadership team members, and employees
  • Deliver high-impact data analysis, leveraging internal SAP tools, to provide people and organizational business insights (D&I, Hiring, Attrition) that enable the P&C BPs to drive measurable outcomes
  • Be an active member of the GTM People BP Enablement team by co-leading team meetings, and global projects, and bringing awareness of our services to those who we support
