MEET YOUR TEAM:

The SAP Services Sales team is looking for a highly motivated, self-starter to join the team for a 12-month internship based in Calgary, Toronto, or Montreal. In this role, you will support the Canadian Services Sales team’s initiatives including generating new business, maintaining, and growing existing accounts, and exceeding sales targets. This internship is a great opportunity to develop a solid foundation and understanding of SAP Services as the differentiated partner to help our clients accelerate time-to-value while controlling implementation and operational costs on their path toward digital transformation.

Responsibilities

Position title: SAP iXp Intern – Services Sales
Location: Calgary, Toronto, or Montreal

Expected start date to end date: April 14th, 2025 – April 14th, 2026

  • Research and create lead lists, qualify prospects, and update CRM system.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, track industry trends, and explore new sales opportunities.
  • Gain product knowledge, assist with demos, and answer client questions.
  • Research and create lead lists, qualify prospects, and update CRM systems.
  • Prepare reports and assist with meeting organization and follow-ups.
  • Assist in drafting sales emails, presentations, and case studies
  • Assist with prep & execution of regional events (examples; Clean Core Info days, AI innovation days)
  • Monitor campaign progress, assist with outreach content, and track key performance metrics for Sales Campaigns.
  • Make cold calls, follow up with inbound leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Track and report on sales data, prepare dashboards and identify improvement areas.
  • Analyze workflows, propose process improvements, and help implement new tools.
