ABOUT THE SAP INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE PROGRAM

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.

WHAT YOU BRING

• University student (Bachelor’s/Master’s) currently enrolled in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or Marketing
• Fluent English skills (written & spoken), good communication skills
• Good skills with Microsoft Office applications, especially Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel, and proficiency with PowerPoint as a must
• Team-orientation and ability to communicate well with team members and managers
• Strong stakeholder management & quality focus
• Interested in the technology world
• Think independently, able to multitask
• Good time management and ability to work with deadlines
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments
• Good business acumen, understanding of tech language

Position title: SAP iXp Intern – Tech Talent Discovery
Location: Budapest, Hungary
Expected start date to end date: July 1st 2025 – Juny 31st 2026 (+ possible prolongation until the full-time active student status criteria is met)

Time schedule: 24 / 30 / 32 / 40 hours per week

• Participate in the tasks of a modern recruiting organization and have an opportunity to contribute actively to the recruiting process (job postings, system management, administration etc.)
• Support our global lead with reporting and analytics
• Create and design PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate the given concepts and ideas
• Ensure that these presentations are visually appealing, professional, and aligned with our branding guidelines
• Provide daily support to the EMEA Tech TD team, both local and international
• Actively source for new candidates in the labour market
• Be involved in talent and social media projects (our global lead’s personal social media projects) as well as talent events
• Writing posts, summaries, posting on different communication channels
