Position title: SAP iXp Intern – Technical Support Associate for SAP MDG
Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Expected start date to end date: October 1st , 2025 to May 29th 2026

• You get know business processes and transactions in the area of SAP Master Data Governance applications in On-Premise & Cloud environments
• Engaging with customers by utilizing real-time channels like SAP Expert Chat and tools to support them in this area
• Analyzing cases, perform in-depth troubleshooting to identify and solve complex technical and business issues
• Collaboration with fellow support colleagues and other internal organizations to provide superior customer service
