Description
Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the SAP SCM practice, aligning with organizational goals. Build reusable assets, accelerators, and frameworks to enhance delivery efficiency. Collaborate with SAP and ecosystem partners to stay current with product innovations and certifications. Develop go-to-market strategies and service offerings for SAP SCM. Represent the organization in SAP and industry forums, conferences, and webinars. Publish whitepapers, case studies, and thought leadership content on SCM transformation. Track and evaluate emerging technologies (AI/ML in SCM, automation, analytics) relevant to SAP SCM. Experience: 12+ years of overall SAP experience, with at least 5+ years in leadership or practice management roles. Functional Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in SAP SCM modules — IBP, EWM, TM, PP, MM, or APO. Implementation Exposure: At least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to build, lead, and grow consulting teams. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and industry dynamics. Client Management: Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. Certifications: SAP SCM / S/4HANA certifications preferred. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred. Experience with SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, SAP IBP, or Digital Supply Chain solutions. Exposure to AI, RPA, or Analytics in the supply chain context. Global project exposure across multiple industries. Ability to collaborate across geographies and functions. Support client workshops, demos, and design sessions. Provide governance, best practices, and risk management for ongoing projects. Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of SAP SCM consultants and architects. Develop training programs and certification roadmaps for team members. Development of IPs, frameworks, and solution accelerators.
