REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Provide the minimum required skills and/or experience the contractor must possess to qualify for this position. These requirements will be transferred to the Score Sheet, and candidates without these requirements reflected on their resume will NOT be presented to the manager for consideration.
• Eight years’ experience as an SAP lead developer, managing a development team of ten to fifteen resources. Eight years’ experience with ABAP design and development, with strong expertise in ABAP object-oriented programming.
• Functional knowledge in at least three of the following areas: Finance, Customer Relationship Management, Logistics, Supplier Relationship Management, SUS/ROS, MDM, HCM, Success Factors EC.
• Four years’ experience working with an SAP operational system for a Public Sector Client.
• Two years’ experience in training & mentoring public sector employees from entry level and above.
