WHO YOU ARE:

  • Fluent in English with at least B2-level German proficiency.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Position title: SAP LeanIX iXp Intern (f/m/d) – Customer Success Engineer Associate

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

  • Guide Technical Adoption and Enablement: Support customers in adopting our Technology Risk and Compliance module and integrating their systems via our Integration API, including technical onboarding and training.
  • Develop and Adapt Custom Integrations: Write and modify scripts (e.g., Python, JavaScript) to prepare, transform, and normalize customer data for API compatibility.
  • Resolve Customer Support Requests: Serve as the secondary contact for technical integration support, troubleshooting customer issues and answering technical questions.
  • Perform Bug Analysis and Reporting: Investigate, reproduce, and document integration bugs, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Maintain Integration Documentation: Create and update clear documentation for integration scenarios, scripts, and troubleshooting steps.
