Main tasks（主要任务）项目实施支持：作为公司代表参与SAP 项目，负责物流模块的业务需求沟通与协调，确保公司流程与集团标准一致,支持项目计划执行及上线,推动端到端业务流程适配，确保满足本地业务需求并符合SAP项目的标准化和统一目标。作为核心成员参与 Roll-in 项目的各阶段，包括项目启动、设计、测试、部署和上线后支持（Hypercare）业务需求分析：深入理解现有物流仓储运作，结合SAP标准提出优化方案，编写需求文档并推动落地。收集并分析本地业务需求，明确与全球模板的差异点。对需求进行优先级评估，确保合理性和可实施性。协助业务团队和被实施公司将需求转化为用户故事，参与需求文档的编写和整理。系统测试与培训：参与系统配置、测试及上线支持，协助用户培训，解决操作问题。跨部门协作：与集团实施团队及公司内部仓储、采购、财务等部门保持高效沟通，推动项目进度。流程优化与标准化：推动端到端业务流程适配，确保满足本地业务需求并符合 SAP项目的标准化和统一目标。协作与沟通：与 SAP 项目团队及各业务部门密切合作，推动高效协作，确保信息和需求准确传递。 VISION需求收集与方案制定：深入收集本地业务需求，整理需求清单，结合项目标准，制定本地化实施方案，确保业务需求在系统中实现跨团队协作与沟通：针对本地特殊业务场景（如P0, order management, warehouse 3PL and AGV 等big ticket），参与方案评估与系统集成，推动端到端流程闭环。项目进度跟踪与状态汇报：定期跟踪项目关键任务进展，向管理层和相关团队汇报项目状态以及更新，确保业务需求、解决方案和实施进度同步,提前识别相关风险项,与本地业务团队拉通讨论方案 CNCOM Business process onwer and expert：了解熟悉本地业务流程, 介绍本地业务流程给相关团队,提出本地业务流程合理化建议并参与设计未来流程建设 Education / 教育背景本科及以上学历，物流管理、供应链管理、信息系统或相关专业优先。 Experience / 經驗 5年以上物流仓储或供应链运作管理经验，至少2年SAP系统相关经验。有SAP实施项目经验或担任过SAP Key User者优先。 Other skills /其他技能熟悉SAP物流模块（MM、WM或相关模块）操作能够编写业务需求文档，具备流程优化能力英语读写及沟通能力良好熟练使用Office工具（Excel、PowerPoint、Word）具备项目管理意识，能在多任务环境下高效执行优秀的沟通协调能力，逻辑思维清晰，善于解决问题 Your ZEISS Recruiting Team Step out of your comfort zone, excel and redefine the limits of what is possible. Responsibilities

The SAP Logistics Module Expert will support SAP project implementation by communicating and coordinating business requirements for the logistics module, ensuring alignment with company processes and group standards. They will also analyze existing logistics operations, propose optimization solutions, and assist in system testing and user training.
