QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or business administration with 2+ years of relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Office, SAP, Jira, SharePoint, and Confluence
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
• Skilled in writing reports, interpreting technical data, and reading regulations
• Detail-oriented with experience in multi-tasking and discrepancy resolution
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Able to handle confidential info and perform well under pressure
• Must be willing to work in a Fixed Night Shift schedule and during PH holidays.
• Must be amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa once WIO resumes (temp WFH).

• Support creation and maintenance of best-in-class master data.
• Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams on new product launches and package changes.
• Optimize business processes to improve data integrity, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Maintain data hierarchies and enforce synchronization across systems.
• Update and manage custom data tables to support business workflows.
• Participate in documentation and training of internal procedures.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving techniques to assess data issues and recommend improvements.
• Support audits, supplier certification, ISO 9001, GMP, and other compliance standards.
• Ensure alignment with company policies, data quality, and operational excellence standards.
