SAP Master Data Associate M/F This is your mission Are you passionate about Master Data Management and SAP systems? Then this position is for you. As SAP Master Data Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the creation, maintenance, quality, and governance of master data across Materials, Customers, Vendors, and related documents, while supporting key transformation initiatives in our ecosystem. Build side: • Create, extend, and modify Master Data in SAP (primarily S/4HANA) according to business rules and governance standards • Validate and control the consistency and completeness of internal master data requests • Ensure compliance with defined data governance processes and approval workflows (MDG) • Maintain documentation of processes, data standards, and governance practices • Contribute to continuous improvement of tools, governance, KPIs, and ways of working Run side: • Monitor and ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems • Analyze root causes of data quality issues and propose corrective and preventive actions • Launch, manage, and follow up on data enrichment or cleansing initiatives within SLAs • Ensure efficient and structured communication with business stakeholders • Support and coach team members as required, acting as first-line support for MDG and PLM-related questions This is your background You have experience in Master Data Management within SAP environments, including SAP ECC and S/4HANA. You enjoy ensuring high-quality data and governance compliance, and you are comfortable contributing to transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives. This is your career path You have developed expertise in SAP Master Data Governance and understand the full lifecycle of master data. You are used to collaborating across functions and supporting large-scale system transitions.
