ABOUT THE TEAM:

The Office of Ethics & Compliance (OEC) is dedicated to upholding ethical standards and ensuring compliance within SAP, with a mission to “Win the Right Way.” Reporting to both the CEO and the Audit Committee of the Supervisory Board, OEC works to advance SAP’s business objectives by fostering a culture of integrity and minimizing legal risks. OEC is responsible for managing SAP’s Compliance program related to Corruption, Bribery, and significant Fraud.
The Global Field Compliance organization (GFCO) is the essential pillar of the OEC, dedicated to implementing comprehensive compliance prevention measures and consists of a global network of Field Compliance Officers and the Compliance Culture Program Office. These teams manage compliance programs, including the SAP Global Code of Ethics and Business Conduct (Code), compliance policies and procedures, training, ethical leadership, and provide actionable compliance guidance & advice in business scenarios.
The GFCO is seeking an temporary (6-12 months) replacement for the Executive Assistant to the Head of GFCO.

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Studies in Law, Economics, Business Administration, or similar,
  • Sovereign appearance, Comfort with corporate dynamics
  • Required skills in English language: fluent

  • Ability to work under time pressure
Responsibilities

Position title: SAP OEC iXp Intern (f/m/d) - Executive Assistant to Global Field Compliance Officer
Work Area: Administration

Expected start date: September 1st, 2025

In this role, you’ll:

  • Get a detailed insight into the practice of a state of the art compliance department
  • Learn and apply the mandate of OEC in Legal Compliance spheres of preventing, detecting and reacting to Corruption, Bribery & substantial Fraud
  • Update materials, including PowerPoint and Excel spreadsheets for meetings and presentations
  • Manage diary/calendar and emails by monitoring, sorting/categorizing, and proactively handling inbound communication for the Executive
  • Manage internal and external correspondence when required
  • Arrange meetings, including coordination and management of team meetings, booking rooms, and preparation of briefings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including organizational preparation and follow-up, completing and submitting expenses, visa applications, etc.
  • Provide support with operational topics, such as budget tracking, project tracking, reporting, etc.
  • Manage administration tasks such as workflows, purchase orders, internal orders, distribution lists, etc.
  • Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, and partners
  • Provide ad hoc support for the team, including workshop preparation and support, responding to inquiries, and cross-board projects
