Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to represent our SAP Order to Cash workflow. He or she will be responsible to drive the ownership and change management of all processes required to align the business processes within the Order to Cash framework. The successful candidate will ensure not only that the SAP deployment follows standard SAP and Industry Template processes and approaches but also processes and mechanisms are in place to monitor and control end-to-end processes within the workstream of accountability. The successful candidate will develop and execute strategies to ensure the system aligns with and supports the objectives and requirements of the relevant functions and the broader CONMED organization. Key Responsibilities As the Business Lead, you will lead and direct the SAP Order to Cash team to ensure program deliverables are met. Drive alignment on standard global Order to Cash processes. Serve as a central facilitator in driving the definition of functional requirements for the Order to Cash team. Lead the implementation of new, best practice Order to Cash processes aligned with the new SAP Design. Ensure adoption of embedded system Order to Cash processes to optimize value from SAP. Coordinate with business/process leaders allocated to the project as well as technical teams to ensure a smooth implementation and transition to SAP Order to Cash. Drive required change and adoption of relevant best practices. Serve as a central facilitator in driving the definition of Order to Cash functional requirements. Experience with SAP S4/Hana or similar SAP tool Experience or training in Operational Excellence / LEAN methodology Professional certification such as PMP, lean certification (i.e. Black belt, Green, LFSS) Master of Business Administration (MBA) or advanced degree in Computer Science Other Attributes: Strong understanding of Order to Cash best practices Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Ability to provide insights and foresights, allowing elevation of opportunities and challenges through program governance frameworks and policies. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Participation in System (SAP, etc) implementations in similar capacity Experience in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or life science industry strongly preferred Experience in fast-paced global multinational matrix organization Strong change management, communication and influencing skills Fluent verbal and written communication in English Hands-on and proactive; strong organizational skills Results driven and service oriented to internal and external customers Up to 50% travel required Disclosure as required by applicable law, the annual salary range for this position is 162,000- 252,000 . The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level. The salary range is CONMED’s good faith belief at the time of this posting.
