We are now looking for SAP Order-to-Cash Professionals to join our rapidly growing local SAP Consulting Team. The seniority we’re after can range from Senior Consultant to Senior Manager level based on candidates knowledge and experience.
In this role you’ll be responsible of leading the Order-to-Cash (OTC/O2C) process work in a client project. Our culture supports and expects you to provide expert guidance and utilize experience on leading practices in your specialty areas for the whole project team. The common goal for us and the client is for the team to acquire a good understanding of business processes and be able to offer the best solution to meet the business needs. You will have a key role in shaping the solution and direction of the project as well as great opportunity to pursue your passion and put your skills to good use together with the premier specialists within SAP Practice in Finland and broadly within Nordics and Europe.

We are looking for an SAP professional who has an appetite for delivering sustainable, business-driven transformation projects and being excited to co-operate with the largest companies and well-known brands. You enjoy engaging with clients to understand their requirements from which you’re able to effectively scope and define solution options for key challenges in order-to-cash domain and closely related areas while providing subject matter expertise with a good awareness of SAP and associated technologies within the area.

Your most important attributes we’d like to see are:

• Experience from SAP consulting / SAP SME / Stream lead roles in transformation projects, being the expert of one or several SAP process areas around Order-to-Cash domain
• Sound understanding of the SAP product roadmap and experience of SAP S/4HANA and other SAP technologies
• Good understanding of S/4HANA product roadmap and knowledge of relevant delivery methods for SAP (waterfall, hybrid agile, agile)

Additionally, to ensure smooth start and succeeding in the role, it is required from the applicant to:

• Have a master’s degree or similar relevant educational background with at least some experience in leading and/or coordinating your own project
• Have profound knowledge of OTC processes to be able to design and configure solutions such as sales, pricing, invoicing, logistics integration including regulations and standards related to finance and tax impacting sales processes
• Be familiar with integrating SD/OTC with other SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, PP, TM or others)
• Have experience in interface design and development support, configuration, testing and deployment
• Understand the corporate value chain and end-to-end processes, experience with tools such as Signavio are not required, but seen as beneficial
• Effective interpersonal skills and experience of developing strong client relationships, building trust and acting as a trusted advisor on all aspects of SAP S/4HANA SD/OTC
• Ability to make complex analysis and communicate it in a concise and clear manner, appropriately tailored to people from a very wide range of cultures, technical backgrounds and seniorities
• Have team player attitude and hunger to develop new professional skills
• Be fluent in English with proficiency in Finnish language seen as an advantage
• Be currently located in Finland and possess a valid residence permit. For this role we do not offer relocation
