BAER IS LOOKING FOR SAP OTC BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST FOR A 11+ MONTH PROJECT LOCATED IN SANTA CLARA, CA

Title: SAP OTC Business Systems Analyst
Location: Remote unless they live in Santa Clara, CA
Duration: 11 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or Individual C2C (Vendors Not Permitted)

DESCRIPTION:

• Support the build and test phases of the S/4HANA implementation project, ensuring project deliverables are met on time.
• Configure the SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) module with emphasis on Order Management, Logistics Execution, and Billing.
• Analyze and recommend updates to the Global Template to ensure compliance with regional and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement changes effectively within SAP.
• Work closely with offshore developers to design, test, and deliver system changes based on project needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 10+ years of experience as an SAP SD Analyst, including hands-on EDI integration for sales order, shipping, and billing.
• Deep expertise in SD configuration, especially in key OTC processes.
• Strong understanding of global SAP templates and how to align them with regional/legal requirements.
• Proven experience in working with Sales & Distribution models and integrating EDI processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working in global delivery models (onshore/offshore).
• If located in Santa Clara, CA, must be able to attend the office daily.
