On your typical engagement, you will collaborate with the key stakeholders to assess their needs and provide insights on SAP system capabilities. You will lead requirement gathering, solution architecture, blueprinting, testing, and documentation, while also managing the functional design of the solution. By working closely with stakeholders and the technical team, you will translate requirements into effective business solutions, ensuring seamless configurations and integrations with both SAP and non-SAP systems. Your collaboration with architects, functional specialists, and developers throughout the design, implementation, testing, and go-live phases will be crucial for alignment with the PMO team. A strong understanding of master data and hierarchies in the OTC process is essential, as is the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams for comprehensive solution delivery. You will also supervise teams to foster a culture of trust, encourage diverse perspectives, and provide coaching and feedback.
