We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist. In this role, you will: Support SAP Employee Central (EC) Payroll in requirements definition, technical design, custom development. Support development of global standards for the service to different regions with a clear measure to improve against KPIs, identify cost efficiencies and continuous improvement Responsible for the impact assessment, analysis, design & implementation of any process or system changes impacting the service, inclusive of monthly SAP Service Pack releases. Monitor defects and CRs (enhancements) and ensure any high priority issues are addressed and tracked to closure Complete deliverables within SLAs and with high levels of customer satisfaction. Analyze business requirements and develop effective configuration solutions Identifying any risks and propose solutions Support implementation and take responsibility for progress of technical and functional work streams, working closely with Tier 2 Support team as well as business. Support clients in defining relevant business processes. Provide business consulting support to customers. Proactively supporting incident and problem management in collaboration with peers. Keeping appraised of leading practices – monitoring and evaluating future market trends and considering innovative solutions preform duties to stay within department and project budgets and time constraints Manage the reporting of progress, issues, dependencies and risks to committees and make recommendations to influence decision making in order to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realization Utilize Agile methodologies and DevOps practices within Technology teams (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) in line with corresponding transformation frameworks at the bank/in Corporate Functions Ensure adherence to the Change Management Policy in order to avoid or minimize the risk of disrupting services to customers and users. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: Detailed understanding of Payroll calculation process including payroll clusters, retro-calculation, taxation, arrears, claims experience is a MUST including Payroll process models, payroll schemas and rules. Understanding of HCM Personnel Administration Info types and Payroll configuration. Experience in creating and maintaining Payroll schemas and PCRs for EGYPT/UAE/UK/CHINA/USA/MEXICO countries. Proficient in configuring the SAP MENA Payroll module, including wage types, taxes, financial postings, payment processing, Tax Reporter. Provide support to SAP HCM Modules including multi country payroll process, new technologies like Success factors/Success factors Payroll will be beneficial. Knowledge of Employee master data replication using Point to Point integration and Payroll control center configuration is a plus. Understanding of Statutory requirements for (EGYPT/UAE/UK/CHINA/USA/MEXICO) – Taxes, Benefits Assist with ad hoc reports requests and other payroll accounting tasks as needed. Coach and Mentor Junior SAP Functional Analysts. Knowledge of HR ABAP will be an added advantage. Written communications in a clear straight-forward, and professional manner. Should have skill to build good client relationship. Able to coordinate with cross work streams to complete deliverables on time. Experience in live troubleshooting of payroll issues during release and exit periods.
