As an IT SAP Payroll Consultant at Ruhrpumpen, you will be able to support the organization in its journey to implement and improve HR System solutions in different locations around the world. This will help enhance the employees’ experience and facilitate ongoing improvement in HR processes.

Main responsibilities:

  • Solution design, customization, Implementation, and roll-out of payroll implementations to various global plants and locations based on global processes.
  • Strategic development of the SAP HCM landscape and the interface/integration with corresponding systems or add-ons.
  • Project Management within the IT HCM area that includes Time, Budget & Integration to other IT projects.
  • Perform configuration (customizing) work to support new and existing functionality, and analyze configuration issues.

Job’s requirements:

  • Passionate about SAP support, incidents, and problem solving
  • At least 4+ years’ experience with SAP Payroll, Payroll configuration, Time Management, Rules & Schemes.
  • Previous experience in IT project management that includes IT project planning and payroll implementation
  • Intermediate knowledge in various SAP HCM modules, including LMS, performance, Payroll & Time, recruiting
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a Global team. Must be proficient in working with people around the world in various countries.
  • Knowledge of replication monitoring is desirable.
  • Fluent in English
