This role focuses on SAP HR Payroll and Employee Central Payroll (ECP), working within an agile environment to optimize payroll processes and ensure seamless integration across HR systems. The ideal candidate will be confident in leading complex topics, mentoring team members, and ensuring payroll configurations align with Dutch Collective Labour Agreements (CLAs). Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and support SAP HR Payroll and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) systems. Lead and execute ECP implementation projects, including system setup and testing. Translate business requirements into effective payroll configurations and integrations. Implement and manage Dutch CLAs (Collective Labour Agreements) within payroll systems. Coach and mentor other Business Process Analysts within the team. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery. Work in an Agile environment, contributing to product development cycles. Essential Skills & Experience ✅ 8–10 years of experience in Payroll processes and systems. ✅ Proven expertise in SAP HR Payroll and/or Employee Central Payroll (ECP). ✅ Experience with SAP ECP implementations and configuration. ✅ Strong knowledge of Dutch payroll regulations and CLAs. ✅ Ability to take ownership of complex payroll and system topics. ✅ Excellent communication and collaboration skills. ✅ Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies in product development. ✅ Fluency in Dutch and English (mandatory). Desirable Skills ✨ Experience in multi-country payroll environments. ✨ Familiarity with integrations between SAP HR, ECP, and third-party systems. ✨ Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
