SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Specialist Pinkenba, QLD At Heidelberg Materials Australia, we’re committed to building sustainable infrastructure and strong operational capability across our network. To help with this, we are looking for a SAP PM Specialist to support and improve how our maintenance teams use systems in the field. The Role This role sits within our Supply Chain function and focuses on improving how SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) is used across our operations. You’ll work closely with plant and maintenance teams to drive consistent processes, improve system capability, and lift overall maintenance performance. Key Responsibilities Deliver SAP PM training and onboarding programs to frontline teams Support users with system issues and troubleshoot day-to-day challenges Maintain SAP PM master data (equipment, locations, task lists, BOMs) Develop and standardise maintenance processes across sites Promote best practice through communications and user support tools Administer support platforms, including SharePoint-based resources Work with operations, maintenance, and digital teams to drive improvements About You You’ll bring a mix of system knowledge and operational understanding, with the ability to work closely with maintenance teams.
