At AES we are looking for a SAP PMP Sr Analyst
This job opening has a strategic importance for AES business growth world widely. The ERP Project Manager Professional (PMP) will take the responsability of Identify, understand and refine Business requirements, functional or non-functional, build Project charter and executive report, keep delivery road map up to date and antecipation, are outcomes to be consideered as diferential. Identify value delivered from business perspective and be capable of prioritize resources are also required.
Manage lifecycle of SAP tickets (incident, request and demand) ensure they achieved resolved satisfactorily from the clients perspective, under ITIL methodology would be diferential competitive as well.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

• Ability to structure and manage Projects, creating executive report and extracting value delivered from Busines cases. Ability to build Business Cases would be a plus;
• Review strong functional and technical specifications for client enhancements and criticize;
• Provide best business practices and thought leadership of clients;
• Develop good relationship with Business as a Digital partner for SAP demands of enhancements or requests.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Good communication and soft skills (oral and written);
• PMO (implementation), program management and project portfolio;
• Methodologies: Sap Asap, Sap Activate, Agile, Scrum and PMI (PmBok);
• ERP Projects: implementation, integration and improvements of SAP (ECC, S/4);
• RPA - Robotic Process Automation and BI - Business Intelligence;
• Methods: Process standardization and control
• Mapping: flowcharts, macroflows, BPMN - Business Process Model and Notation
• Tools: Panaya, MS Project, MS Visio

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or related) and Project management. PMP certification would be a plus.
• English (mandatory to support International Projects) and Spanish;
• Relevant experience with similiar rolls / activities.
