• Deliver end-to-end technology consulting projects, including implementations and system integrations.
• Manage small project teams, ensuring efficiency and high-quality delivery.
• Organize and lead client meetings to gain deeper insights into their business needs and objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and resolve issues independently and proactively.
• Provide clear and transparent reporting to both clients and project leadership regarding project status and progression.
• Assign responsibilities to project team members, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Set clear, measurable expectations for team members and support them in achieving their goals.
