Our method is organized, cloud-focused, and based on using SAP Best Practices. We aim to match regular business tasks as closely as possible to the standard SAP software setup. When we need to make custom additions, we follow a "Clean-Core" plan using the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). We combine a smart understanding of business tasks with deep project experience to build systems that can grow easily, last long, and follow all safety laws. With our deep experience in officially validated setups, we make sure legal rules (GxP requirements) are built into the system correctly from day one. Your Tasks & Responsibilities As an SAP Consultant, you will have the freedom to advise clients on your own, redesign their work processes, and find creative solutions that make their daily operations much simpler. Process Design: Plan, shape, and organize SAP business tasks, which includes training others on technical system customization. Documentation: Create thorough user guides and detailed project files. Experience: At least 3 years of project experience supporting or setting up SAP S/4HANA systems (as a main lead user, an in-house expert, or an outside advisor). Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with SAP S/4HANA PP or PP-PI, and/or QM software modules. Soft Skills: A strong focus on helping customers, combined with a confident and professional manner. Languages: Fluent German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2). Core Benefits We offer a stable, secure, and long-term workplace where friendly teamwork and reliability always come first. High Flexibility: Low travel requirements (around 20%) and up to 3 days of working from home per week, thanks to our flexible 6-week scheduling rule. Impact: Take full responsibility for your projects from start to finish—from the first setup to long-term support—on exciting life sciences projects. Culture: Fast decision-making and few management layers in a small, supportive team environment.
