One such solution being explored is the use of Digitalize ways of managing our maintenance activity and Spare parts management via SAP PM or other digital means. You will be involved in SAP PM and Spare Parts management improvement, that includes building a visual equipment BOM for our manufacturing lines as well as revamping spare parts racking strategy to improve our Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) (70%). In Addition to your SAP PM and MRO Management project, you will also be involved in establishing a system on managing engineering assets by means of digitalization. You will spend time on the creating the digital solution, can be in Excel or any other digital method based on your capability. You will also be spending some time at our external warehouses occasionally to identify the idle assets and work together with external warehouse team to reorganize the assets such that they are easy to monitor (30%). More about this role 2 Months Milestones Understand Asset identification process in MDLZ Understanding the process and equipment of our manufacturing lines Understanding objective of SAP PM and Start identifying spare parts to complete Equipment BOM of all Line 4 Months Milestones Conduct External warehouse clearing out to prepare for a new layout Created digitalized solution on asset tracking and start training to the team Created a procedure to ensure good traceability of Assets in and out to external warehouse 6 Months Milestones Establish standards ways of working and training for handover to MDLZ team Completion of Equipment BOM for all lines Complete 100% Asset Identification Expected Key Learnings: Understanding technical knowledge on how food industry operates, and technology utilized in Prai Plant Understanding IL6S Principle of Mondelez, the importance and its application Understanding of Mondelez Digital Program Understand Project Management Tool and its application Develop soft skill by dealing with inter department & vendor Understand basic Finance on capital expenditures and asset management Understanding SAP PM from a pioneer standpoint No Relocation support available Business Unit Summary Mondelēz International in Southeast Asia is in five countries serving 19 markets with more than 18 nationalities and 7,500 employees.
