QUALIFICATIONS

• You must have a minimum of 4 - 6 years of SAP SD Experience
• You must have project implementation experience in SAP SD involving Order management, Pricing, Shipping and Transportation, Billing, and Accounts Receivables.
• You must have the ability to understand the business processes and needs and deliver prompt, efficient, quality service to the business.
• You must have strong analytical and problem solving skills; strong written and verbal communication skills with strong command of English
• You must have solid solution design capabilities across functions and applications.
• You must have the ability to work flexible working hours as required on special occasions
• You must have a comprehensive background in SAP SD configuration
• You must have experience in EDI and other inbound / outbound interfaces in SAP
• You must have experience on IDoc Analysis and Troubleshooting
• You must be knowledgeable in Smartforms, SAPScript and other relevant output mediums.
• You must be knowledgeable in ABAP Functional design.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

You will be a member of the IT SAP COE, reporting to the leader who is responsible for the respective functional area. You will be responsible for analyzing business/technical needs and translating processes into practice through the current Information Technology toolsets. You will also implement new solutions through configuration and creation of functional specifications and facilitate solution realization. In addition, you will have responsibilities for conducting testing and troubleshooting solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will Implement new solutions through configuration and creation of functional specifications and facilitate solution realization
• You will conduct full integration testing of new or changed business/technical processes. Develop business/technical cycle tests for use by the stakeholder community. Document all process changes and provide knowledge to relevant stakeholders
• You wll troubleshoot, investigate and persist. Develop solutions to problems with unknown causes where precedents do not exist by applying logic and inference with creativity and initiative. Provide cross-functional support and maintenance for responsible business/technical areas
• You will conduct cost/benefit analysis through evaluation of alternative design approaches to determine the best-balanced solution. The best-balanced solution is one that satisfies the immediate stakeholder needs, meets system requirements, and facilitates subsequent change
• You will assume a leadership role in small-size initiatives by playing the key contributor, facilitator, or group lead
